August 4, 2013: Join us as we welcome Elaine Yamano, organizer of the Yukan Na Samurai tournament. She will share tips on how to set up a martial arts tournament, whether small for an inter-school competition or a large venue tournament. We also welcome Tracey Classen-Spencer, an experienced Tae Kwon Do competitor, who will give her thoughts on how to prepare for competing in tournaments, showmanship, mental preparation, training tips, etc.
