His film credits include: Red Meat, Autumn in New York, Resurrecting the Champ, Untraceable, Fame, Gone and UnderworldAwakening. His novels are the trilogy of Christopher, The House Beautiful and Death By Sunshine, as well as Undiscovered Gyrl, which Allison directed this year as an independent film, starring Britt Robertson, Martin Sheen, Christian Slater, Justin Long, Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Robert Patrick
