June 16, 2013 is a celebration for Fathers so we are honoring all men and celebrating Beverly Black Johnsons bEARTHDAY! With us are a panel of men from the family of 81 year old Dr. Thelma Battle Buckner, our "Voices of Wisdom" featured guest for Season One of TRIBE Family Channel. Joining Joey Pinkney are Dr. Buckner brother, Bishop Robert Battle; her son, and grandson, Elder Dwight Buckner Sr., Pastor Dwight Buckner Jr. who join a ministry of men upholding a family legacy celebrated through-out dating back to the 1800s. Recently, Dr. Thelma Battle Buckner released "The Battle of a Daytime Nightmare, in which she traces her familys history back to the 1800s.
