Nancy Ploeger, president of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, will discuss the progress being made on the construction of the Second Avenue Subway and its effect on small businesses in the area. She will be joined by her colleague, Kathryn Campbell, and Robert Schwartz, who chairs the Chambers Second Avenue Steering Committee. They will also be discussing the upcoming Restaurant and Retail Week in New York City.
